2019夏小中高生セブ島英語漬けキャンプ9日目

こんにちは(*^^*)

今日はアウトリーチアクティビティ(ボランティア活動)に参加しました☆

人が集まっている小さな集落へ行き、貧しい人々の生活を見学し、
現地の方とより深く交流ができる機会となっております。

子供たちは覚えたての英語を一生懸命活かしながら、セブ現地の子供たちとたくさん交流しました！！

日本から持って行ったノートやえんぴつ、おもちゃなどを現地の子供たちへプレゼント♪

プレゼントをもらった現地の子供たちの嬉しそうな表情を見て、
ジュニアキャンプの子供たちも自然と笑顔になる・・・

この「喜びの連鎖」は子供たちにとって、とっても良い経験ですよね(*´▽｀*)

現地の子供たちと触れ合い、
国、言葉の壁を越えた喜び・楽しさに溢れていました！！

文化、価値観、言語が異なる人々とこうして繋がる事ができる素晴らしさを
子供たちに感じてもらえて、

とっても幸せな気持ちになりました(*^^*)

“We are blessed to bless others.”

The 9th day of the English camp was one meaningful day to remember. Our students took time to visit Suba Basbas Elementary School to bless the students with the gifts they personally brought from Japan. Their sweet gesture brought smiles to the hearts of the Filipino students and teachers in the school.

Our students got the chance to practice their English communication skills by talking with the Filipino students and getting to know them and their family, likes, and hobbies. They got to see the situation of the public school in the Philippines and see more of the life of the Filipino public school students.

To our students and their parents, we thank you for sharing your blessings and putting a smile on the faces and hearts of over 100 students in Suba Basbas Elementary School. You are indeed blessed to be a blessing!
